Good Sun’s Local Power team installed an 11kW ground-mount solar system for the preschool at the new Yuba River Charter School location in Grass Valley. The PV system has been designed to off-set approximately $500 per month of utility usage at the school and serve as a demonstration system for students wanting to learn about solar. The system will also help train upper level students interested in gaining hands-on vocational experience in the renewable energy field.
